About Us

We are a Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates studio based in the heart of Finnieston in Glasgow's West End established in 2019.

Our two founders, Sherand and Harmesh, came together to create a community dedicated to positive change, empowerment and support.  A place where you can sweat it out in the hot room or at home.

 

Whether it's the 90-minute Original Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates or Fierce Grace Yoga, we will get your body moving and your mind centred.
