Inferno Hot Pilates
Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout. It is a 60-minute class performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 35 degrees. IHP strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high-impact workout, and is designed for all fitness levels. With upbeat music and high-fives from your classmates, this is a party in the hot room.

Our user-friendly but challenging general level class. Hip openers, deep twists, upper body strengtheners, bum and ab toners, this fully rounded workout works 100% of the body. It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Performed to music this class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practice. This class is the centre spoke of all the classes and the class they all originate from.
Key Benefits: upper body, strength, toned bum and abs, grace and fluidity, deep expression of the self.
Original Hot Yoga
The 90-minute Original Hot Yoga method, with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, is performed in a 40-degree room with 40% humidity. These classes are designed for all fitness levels, including beginners and experienced yogis.

The deepest stretch out there. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike, this is an alignment class, both motivating and relaxing. Floor-based, allowing us to drop any desire to “perform” and connect deeply with body and breath. Designed to realign postural issues and release stress, the slower pace allows time to work with injuries, learn correct alignment and work on flexibility.

A deep, slow, yoga-physiotherapy class, based entirely on the floor. Deeply correcting, aligning, and releasing. Improve joint mobility while gradually getting wound down, de-stressed and softened.
In this class you will open your hips, spine, neck, shoulders and wrists carefully, deeply and softly. You will get flexible in slow holds, stronger in stationary core activators,and passively and actively open tight areas with the help of props.
You will go from active poses to gradually getting wound down, de-stressed and softened. We end with a long guided relaxation/meditation. Retreat INward to re-connect, relax and restore your power and truth. “Yin” on steroids.
DH60 is Damn Hot's 60 minute hot yoga class practised in a 35-40 degree room. Class format will be based on the specific teacher leading the class - anything from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and/or Baptiste Yoga. Check out the teacher page for more information on each teacher qualifications!
